The Shielding box is used for TLC Plates and Cassettes. By reducing
background radiation, sensitivity of IP exposures can be increased by up to one
order of magnitude. It is built with extremely low background lead that is lined
with stainless steel.
The box is very effective for 3H exposure over several days.
